Design and engineering studio
Websites, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms for companies that want them done properly the first time. We also build and run our own products, so we design for what happens after launch.

Selected work
A portfolio site for a Vienna-based food, restaurant and hospitality photographer and videographer, built around full-screen imagery, a film reel, and an editorial project index.
ResultA premium portfolio that lets the photography and film lead, ranking for local search in German and English.
Field-service management for pest control companies, with chemical application compliance built into job completion instead of bolted on.
ResultDesigned around a regulatory requirement competitors treat as an afterthought.
AI lease abstraction for commercial property managers. Upload a lease and get sixteen key fields extracted with confidence scores and source quotes, then track the whole portfolio with renewal and rent alerts.
ResultConcept to paying-trial launch with live billing in one build cycle.
Scan any packaged food and get an ingredient transparency score across 27 categories, powered by barcode recognition and vision AI.
ResultLive on the App Store; companion content channel grew past 60,000 subscribers organically.
AI reselling assistant that identifies an item from a photo and prices it in seconds.
ResultReached organic revenue through App Store optimization alone, with no paid marketing.
What we do
We design the parts of a product that decide whether people stay: the first screen, the onboarding, the paywall, and the everyday flows. Every screen is prototyped and tested before it reaches engineering.
What it includes
We build iOS and Android apps in React and React Native with Expo, wire up subscriptions and analytics, and handle App Store submission and review until the app is live.
What it includes
We ship complete platforms, not front ends waiting for a back end. Accounts, billing, messaging, AI features, admin tools, and the marketing site that sells it.
What it includes
Launch is where real usage starts. We keep the product fast, secure, and growing with a monthly retainer that covers fixes, features, and growth work.
What it includes
Process
01
A call and a short written brief. Within a few days you get a scope, a timeline, and a fixed quote.
02
Wireframes, then high-fidelity screens in Figma. You approve before a line of code is written.
03
Weekly increments with a live preview link you can open any time.
04
Deployment, App Store submission where relevant, handover of all code and accounts, and optional ongoing support.
Websites typically ship in one to two weeks. Apps and SaaS platforms in six to twelve.
Why us
01
We ship and operate our own apps and SaaS, so we design for retention, review, and support, not just for the demo.
02
The people you talk to are the people who design and write the code.
03
Clear quotes, weekly progress, no surprises on the invoice or the timeline.
Kind words
The site turned out incredible. It feels as premium as the work I want to show.
